    For me, it is the status points accrued so it really doesn’t matter the direction.

    P.s. I thought this was a topic about seat configuration, in which case it doesn’t matter as long as the seat goes flat.

    I user both TripIt and App in the Air to track my flights and reminders/alerts. I find they are more responsive than the Air NZ notifications. I got notified of flight delays and cancellations prior
