Frequent Flyer Program

Jetstar passengers are able to earn frequent flyer points and status credits through parent Airline's loyalty program, Qantas Frequent Flyer (QFF) by buying a Starter Plus, Starter Max or Business Max add-on bundle in addition to the base fare. Base Jetstar fares are not eligible to earn frequent flyer or status points without this additional purchase.

Qantas Frequent Flyer members can redeem frequent flyer points for flights on either Qantas, Jetstar or OneWorld Alliance airline partners through the Qantas website.

Unlike it's parent Qantas, Jetstar is not part of the OneWorld (or any other) global airline alliance.
