Qantas Frequent Flyer (Commonly known as QFF) is the loyalty program of Qantas Airways, and it's low-cost subsidiary Jetstar. Members can earn Qantas points through flights, credit card rewards programs or a number of other loyalty partnerships which can be redeemed for travel or a range of goods and services through the Qantas website.

Flying with Qantas or its partner airlines generally earns Status Points in addition to frequent flyer points, with status credits used to determine the status tier of each member. Members are assessed each year on their membership anniversary - generally the end of the month in which they joined the program. Members who has attained a tier status above the base level 'bronze' need to accumulate enough status credits during the preceding membership year to retain their status level, or otherwise are automatically bumped down (or 'soft landed') to one level below. Members who accumulate enough status points during their membership year to earn a higher tier are immediately upgraded at the time they become eligible, and remain so for the remainder of that membership year, and the year following. This ensures status earned is never valid for less than a full year.

Membership tiers include Bronze (the base tier), Silver, Gold, Platinum and Platinum One. In addition to these tiers, special tiers exist for members who attain a certain number of lifetime status credits, awarding at least Silver for life for members who have accumulated more than 7,000 status credit since becoming a member of the program, and lifetime Gold for members who attain more than 14,000 status credits. Qantas also runs a largely unpublicised, invitation only tier called 'Chairman's Lounge'. Membership to the Chairman's Lounge is at the sole discretion of the Qantas Chairman and generally awarded to high ranking government officials and MPs, celebrities, high profile media and senior business leaders.

Gold, Platinum, Platinum One or Chairman's Lounge tier members of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program and paid Qantas Club members are able to use Qantas International lounges when travelling internationally on either Qantas or Jetstar operated flights or domestic Qantas Club lounges if travelling domestically within Australia.

In New Zealand, Qantas operates international lounges in Auckland and Wellington, with passengers in Christchurch and Queenstown able to access the partner lounge, the Manaia Lounge. First Class travellers or Platinum or above Frequent Flyers can instead use the Qantas First Class lounges in Auckland or other Qantas lounge locations worldwide.

Additionally, Gold Frequent Flyers can also use Emirates Business Class lounges in most countries when travelling on either a QF or EK ticketed flight, and First Class passengers or Platinum and above Frequent Flyers can use Emirates First Class lounges where available.
