    I’ve been fortunate to never have been affected by bad weather really. My morning flight was cancelled and I was informed the day prior and just clicked on the link into the NZ app and had other flight choices and was happy to fly the next flight out – easy! No making phone calls etc. I have read about people lining up at lounge desks which I think I would loathe and rather make phone calls or make my own arrangements.


    Was interested to overhear lounge agents proactively offering others earlier flights out.


    Is rebooking via the app a new thing or just ‘business as usual’.


    Anyway, I’m sure everyone else has had a crappy couple of days flying.
