Air New Zealand have recently been exploring what they could do to improve customer experience and inflight experience via Mixed Reality (MR) / Augmented Reality (AR). They have just released a video that demonstrated some of the possibilities that using Microsoft's Hololens could enable.

How would you feel about interacting with flight crew that are wearing a Microsoft Hololens or other similarly large device that doesn't let you clearly see their eyes? Could an improvement in customer service be worth it?
