Today is the first time I’ve cancelled a flexi plus ticket. Quoted 10-30 working days for it to process. “Busy currently”. It’s been said before. They can take the money pretty quickly…. why isn’t the return just as quick?
Just curious what others ACTUAL times were for refunds.
I’ve cancelled a few Flexiplus flights. I just looked one up it took at the most 3 days for the refund to be issued.
That sounds more like it! 2-6 wks just sounds excessive these days.
My akl-lax refund came through in days, included the refund for c/card fees too.  Unfortunately, my (now expired) recognition upgrade did not return to me 😢
