The seats look much nicer than what they currently fly. I haven’t booked directly with LATAM myself but have heard they can have some really good business class sales Auckland to Sydney, maybe down to 600ish?? They have some dates in Jan Feb for 786 return which is cheaper than PE with Air NZ on that route at the moment.
Only flown their business class once and I slept the whole way so can’t say anything about the service or food. Did receive an amenity kit though. Looks like their economy class will receive a welcome upgrade as well. It’s a bit squishy as it is.
After Emirates Christchurch – Sydney flight this product will probably challenge Qantas for the number 2 spot for best business class on the Tasman.
